7 Days Tour From Fes To Marrakech

It is 7 days / 6 nights Morocco tour, start the itinerary visiting all the available touristic places in Fez for two days long, visit Ifrane the Switzerland of Morocco, cedars forest of Azrou, the Sahara desert of Merzouga desert. Also, stroll in Todra gorges, enjoy the combination of landscapes from mountains to valleys along the way, visit The Kasbahs of Taourirt, Ait Ben Haddou, Amridil, and so many others. We will make some stops at every interesting spot on the way. the trip ends in Marrakesh, known as one of the imperial cities of Morocco.

Tour itinerary

 

Day 1 and 2: Fez – Fez:

We dedicate the first two days of the itinerary, to enjoy the medina of Fes, and all that this Imperial city has to offer. Fes is the cultural capital and one of the most important religious centers of the country, and Its university is the oldest in the world. A guided tour will be organized for you to the old Medina, the oldest and most beautiful in Morocco, almost unchanged since the Middle Ages and declared as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Medina door is the entrance to what it looks like a labyrinth of streets and alleyways, and in the middle lies the Kairouine mosque. Visit the tanneries neighborhood. Night at a Riad.

Day 3: Fes – Ifrane – Cedar forest – Rich – Ziz palmeria – Sahara desert:

On this day of our 7 days tour from Fe to Marrakech, we will depart from Fes heading south. We visit Moroccan Switzerland, Irfan. Meet the lovely monkeys of cedars forest of Azrou. Stop on the way to have lunch, then continue through the middle Atlas mountains and the Tizi-N-Tilghmt pass, and drive along the fascinating Ziz valley. Late afternoon, arrival to Merzouga desert, in a charming Auberge, situated in Erg Chebbi dunes. It is where we will taste a typical dinner and sleep in a Saharan stylish room.

Day 4: Tour around Erg Chebbi dunes:

This day is completely for a 4X4 tour, around Erg Chebbi dunes, driving off-road to visit nomads and learn their way living, Then head toward the village of Khamlia to enjoy the Gnaoua music of its people, explore the Oasis of Hassilabiad and visit the biggest Lake of the region. In the afternoon, we switch the car to camels and cross the sand dunes. We will make a stop on one of the high dunes to contemplate the sunset. Overnight in the bivouac, in a typical Berber tent in the middle of the desert.

Day 5: Gorges Todra – Dades valley – Sakura – Kasbah Amridil- Ouarzazate:

On this day of our 7 days tour from Fes to Marrakech, we will wake up early to see the unique sunrise on the top of a big dune. After breakfast, return to the auberge on camels, take the car, and head towards Ouarzazate. On the way, we visit the famous Todra Gorges, where you can see the most impressive canyons in Morocco. It is an ideal place for walking and exploring on your own. The next stops are the Dades valley in Boumalne and Roses valley in Klaat Magouna along the way. Then visit Amridil Kasbah in Skoura before arriving at Ouarzazate, the main Berber city, known for its dramatic mountains and desert landscapes surrounded by breathtaking valleys. Dinner and overnight in a Riad.

Day 6: Ait Ben Haddou – Atlas mountains – Marrakesh:

In the morning we head the road, to visit the Kasbah of Taourirt and if you wish the studios where some successful movies such as “Cleopatra” and “The Mummy” were filmed. Then to the most beautiful Kasbah of southern Morocco, Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou. It is a beautiful large mud castle, that it was the scene for filming many famous movies, including Gladiator and Game Of Throne, and it is recognized as a world heritage site by UNESCO. Arrival to Marrakech and visit the medina and its souks and Jemaa El-Fna square. Night at a Riad in the Medina.

Day 7: Marrakech:

On the last day of our 7 days Morocco tour Itinerary From Fes to Marrakech. First of all, we will visit some important places in Marrakech before we take you to the airport, for your flight out.
