This is an 8-day tour that takes you through the beautiful landscapes of Morocco, including Marrakech, Ouarzazate, the Draa Valley, the Erg Chebbi Desert, Todra Gorges, Dades Gorges, Skoura, and back to Marrakech. You will visit famous Kasbahs, stroll through palm groves, ride camels in the desert, visit Berber villages, and marvel at stunning rock formations. You will also have the opportunity to visit Marrakech Medina and go shopping. The tour includes accommodation in traditional hotels, a Berber tent, and a family house. Breakfast is included every day, and some dinners are included as well.
Tour itinerary
DAY 1: MARRAKECH
Arrival at Marrakech airport. Meeting with the driver. Transfer from the airport to the hotel. Dinner on your own and overnight stay at a riad hotel in the Medina.
DAY 2: MARRAKECH – OUARZAZATE (4 and a half hours drive)
DAY 3: OUARZAZATE – DRAA VALLEY – AGZD – ERG CHEBBI DESERT (5 hours drive) .
Breakfast at the hotel. Travel along the Draa Valley and stroll through its spectacular palm grove. Continue towards the desert. Arrival in the Berber village of Hassi Labied, 5 km from Merzouga, facing the impressive golden sand dunes of the Erg Chebbi desert. Departure for a camel excursion: arrival in the oasis in the middle of the dunes, dinner under the stars and overnight stay in a traditional Berber tent (standard or deluxe).
DAY 4: ERG CHEBBI DESERT .
DAY 5: ERG CHEBBI DESERT – TODRA GORGES – DADES GORGES – SKOURA (5 hours drive) .
DAY 6: SKOURA – MARRAKECH (5 hours drive) .
DAY 7: MARRAKECH .
DAY 8: MARRAKECH .
